1. About the Journal

Journal of Advanced Knowledge Systems (JOAKS) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal that aims to publish high-quality research across all academic disciplines. It provides a platform for researchers, practitioners, and academicians to share innovative work in science, engineering, technology, social sciences, humanities, management, education, law, and allied fields.

3. Manuscript Submission Guidelines

• Language: English

• Word Count:

  • Research Articles: 3000–8000 words

  • Review Articles: up to 9000 words

  • Short Communications: 1500–3000 words

• File Format: Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx)

• Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt

• Spacing: 1.5 line spacing

• Margins: 1 inch on all sides

• Page Numbers: Bottom center of each page

4. Manuscript Structure

• Title Page: Title of the manuscript, full names of authors, affiliations, email addresses, ORCID (if available)

• Abstract: 150–250 words

• Keywords: 4–6 relevant keywords

• Main Sections:

  • Introduction

  • Methodology / Materials and Methods

  • Results and Discussion

  • Conclusion

  • Acknowledgments (if any)

  • References

5. Figures and Tables

• Submit high-resolution images (300 dpi minimum)

• Tables and figures should be placed within the text near where they are cited

• Each must have a clear title and caption

• Use sequential numbering (e.g., Table 1, Figure 2)

6. References

• Use APA style for citations and reference formatting

• Examples:

  • Journal: Smith, J. (2020). Title of the article. Journal Name, 12(3), 45–67.

  • Book: Brown, L. (2015). Title of the Book. Publisher.

7. Plagiarism & Originality

• All submitted work must be original and not under consideration elsewhere

• The journal uses plagiarism detection software

• Similarity must be below 15%

8. Peer Review Process

• Double-blind peer review

• Reviewers and authors remain anonymous

• Decisions communicated within 3–4 weeks of submission

• Revisions may be requested before acceptance

9. Open Access Policy

• All content is freely accessible without charge

• Authors retain copyright under CC BY 4.0 license

• Readers may reuse content with proper attribution

10. Article Processing Charges (APC)

• Currently, there is no Article Processing Fee for accepted manuscripts
  (Subject to change; authors will be notified in advance.)

11. Ethical Responsibilities

• Authors must adhere to ethical research practices

• Conflicts of interest must be disclosed

• For research involving humans or animals, proper ethical clearance must be obtained and mentioned in the manuscript
