Article Processing Charges (APC)

The Journal of Advanced Knowledge Systems (JOAKS) is an open-access, peer-reviewed journal committed to providing immediate, free, and unrestricted access to research articles. To sustain the publication process and maintain high editorial standards, we charge an Article Processing Charge (APC) for accepted papers.

APC Details

Note: The APC is only payable after the article is accepted for publication following the peer review process.

What the APC Covers

The APC contributes to:

• Manuscript submission and peer review system maintenance

• Typesetting and formatting of the article

• Online hosting and long-term digital preservation

• Editorial and administrative support

• Open-access distribution and promotion

Waiver and Discount Policy

The journal may provide partial or full waivers on a case-by-case basis, particularly for:

• Authors from low-income countries

• Students or early-career researchers without funding

• Special issues or invited papers

 

Payment Method

Upon acceptance, authors will receive an invoice with payment instructions. Payments can be made via:

• Bank Transfer

• UPI / Online Payment Gateways

• PayPal (for international authors)

Refund Policy

Once the APC is paid, it is non-refundable, except in cases of technical errors or duplicate payments.
